# Klaus

> I’m Klaus, a Senior Manager with Talenture Agency, dedicated to helping creators recognize their potential, build stronger communities, grow on TikTok LIVE, and turn their hard work into real earning opportunities. To me, being a manager is about more than numbers, diamonds, or rankings. It’s about people. I believe every creator deserves someone in their corner who will listen, teach, motivate, advocate for them, and push them toward becoming the strongest version of themselves. Through Talenture Agency, I’m able to give my creators access to resources, education, support, opportunities, and guidance designed to help them take their LIVE journey to another level. My goal is simple: help my creators grow, help them earn, and help them build something they’re proud of. Outside of management, I’m a proud Norse Heathen who believes deeply in honor, loyalty, strength, and standing by your word. I speak my mind, I believe in being genuine, and I’ll always choose authenticity over pretending to be someone I’m not.
